Before joining City Auto Finance in September of that year, he spent most of his career either directly or indirectly in the Auction and/or Floorplan business. As General Manager, Jeff oversees all aspects of City Auto Finance but places his primary focus on making certain that the level of customer service City Auto Finance provides its customers not only exceeds that of any other Floorplan Company, but most importantly never fails to exceed the customer’s expectations. |
 Shari ParkinsonOffice ManagerShari has been with City Auto Finance since 2004. Shari served as an Administrative Assistant for City Auto Finance prior to being promoted to Office Manager in 2007. As Office Manager, Shari oversees daily office operations at both the Memphis and Huntsville branches of City Auto Finance. |
 Chris DukesBranch Manager – Huntsville OperationsChris is the newest member of the City Auto Finance Team. He has been with City Auto Finance since February 2008. Chris’ is responsible for managing the Huntsville Operations of City Auto Finance. Chris performs floorplan audits, monitors and meets the needs of our Alabama customer base, and heads up our Sales and Marketing efforts in Alabama. |

As the senior member of the City Auto Finance foorplan audit team, Butch performs floorplan audits, and is also in charge of planning and maintaining our audit schedule. He also assists in sales and customer service efforts. |
