With your Online Payment Process, can you only pay off one car at a time?
We offer two options when it comes to the payment of your vehicles. You do have the option of paying your vehicles off individually or you can calculate and pay for the curtailments on individual vehicles with our exclusive ACH payment feature.
What are the requirements to obtain a floor plan with City Auto Finance?
We require that you have a Automobile Dealer’s License and full coverage insurance. Also, we require some financial information such as personal credit reports, financial statements, tax returns, etc…
In what areas will you floor plan dealers?
We will floor plan dealers within a certain mile radius of each of our branches. Please call our Franklin office with your location if you have questions.
Is City Auto Finance set up at most auctions?
City Auto Finance is currently being used at most auctions in the southeast. If there is an auction that City Auto Finance is not currently set up with, we should have no problems as we are recognized by most national auction chains.
